100 Beers

I’ve had a lot of goals since I opened The Red Hot 10 1/2 months ago. Some I’ve seen come to fruition, and some are still cookin’. I’ve got a list of long-term goals, and a bag full of short-term goals.

One of my short-term goals was to serve at least 100 different beers in my first year of business. It looks like I’ll meet that number (today I’ll serve my 95th beer…99th if you include ciders, but I’m not…). Number 100 is close, and I am super-stoked since I routinely bring back popular favorites on tap…and that I might have forgot one or two since I didn’t really keep track in the first few months of biz.
