Turn it up all the way to 11…

This morning we had our new nitro system installed, bringing the total number of handles up to 11. This nitro handle will be permanent, and we started off with some of Port Townsend’s Boatyard Bitter (Dry-Hopped) on the nitro.

Just in time for fall! This means tons of new beers available for our lineup. Stoked!

Huzzah! Loves me them tiny, tiny nitrogen bubbles.
My all-time favorite pour remains Port Townshend Scotch Ale on a nitro. As much as it seems made for the stouts and porters, something about the rich smooth flavor of a scotch just works perfectly.
cool!
See ya laters, then. Ill get there in double-time, with MY new nitrous system. I wish…
