In our glorious state of Washington, our apple farmers produce 4 billion pounds of apples annually. You can enjoy some of that harvest today. Wednesday February 1st, we unleash The Washington Apple Sausage Dog unto the masses.
This small-batch 1/4 pound smoked chicken-and-Washington apple sausage is paired with deli mustard, a homemade warm slaw comprised of green Washington apples, onions, and red cabbage braised in Washington apple cider, and topped with a touch of dill.
This special is gluten-free when ordered sans bun, is vegetarian friendly when ordered with our Not-Brat, and will run for one day only, no additions, 11am to 10pm, or until supplies are exhausted.
