Wednesday April 4th, we unleash The Heidelberg unto the masses.
This quarter-pound locally made German beef and potato sausage, custom blended for TRH, is presented in a steamed bun, paired with fine ground brown mustard, Red Hot Mama relish by Tacoma’s own Lynnae’s Gourmet Pickles, and our cider-braised sauerkraut.
This special will run for one day only, no additions, 11am to 10pm, or until supplies are exhausted.
